Covid 19 and your Machine service

Dear Customer,

We hope you are all staying safe in our current climate.   Since the end of March, we have seen an ever increasing amount of sewing machines and overlockers come out of the cupboard or shed to be loved once again!  Currently a service is taking about 6 weeks to complete.  We ask for your understanding with the current situation as our technicians work as quickly as they can to get your machine or overlocker back to you.

Please bring your units to our store at 176 Pakington Street, Geelong West as the workshop is not open to the public.  you can, however, still speak to the technicians by phone on 5229 5567,  Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
